By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, or using Junior, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Junior is an automation tool that helps users perform LinkedIn engagement actions. LinkedIn may modify its policies at any time and may, in its sole discretion, limit, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that use automation tools.
You acknowledge and accept this risk. You are solely responsible for how you use Junior and for any consequences related to your LinkedIn account, including warnings, restrictions, suspensions, bans, loss of access, loss of data, or related business or career impact.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junior, its owner, affiliates, employees, and contractors are not liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising out of or related to LinkedIn account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or enforcement actions connected to your use of Junior.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Junior and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of Junior, including claims related to platform policy violations.
Junior is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Junior's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Junior in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Junior currently offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as described on the website pricing page. Refund eligibility and processing are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date and version. Continued use of Junior after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Junior operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
